Delivery within mainland France

• Shipping time: All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after your payment has been validated.
• Carriers: We work with reliable carriers to ensure quality service.
  • Chronopost: We use Chronopost for most of your orders. The delivery cost is calculated based on the total weight of your order and is displayed directly in your shopping cart.
  • UPS Express: If you need faster delivery, a UPS Express option is available. The rate and delivery time are calculated and displayed in your shopping cart at checkout.
  • Geodis: For heavy or bulky items requiring shipment on pallets (courier transport), we use our partner Geodis. The rate is also displayed in your shopping cart.
• Free shipping: Shipping is free for all orders over €1,000 excluding tax.

Delivery in Europe

We deliver to all European countries.

• Delivery time: The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is shipped.
• Pricing: The cost of delivery is calculated automatically in your shopping cart based on the weight of your order and the destination country.

International shipping (Rest of the world)

We ship our products worldwide.

• Delivery time: Standard delivery time is approximately 15 business days. This time frame is provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.
• Pricing: The shipping cost for standard products is automatically calculated in your shopping cart based on the weight and volume of your order. For very large orders, a specific shipping quote is required. In this case, please contact us for a personalized quote.

Customs duties and taxes: All our export shipments are made under the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that customs duties and import taxes are payable by the customer upon receipt of the package. Upon request, we can explore other delivery options if necessary.
