I. Steps for Validating Your Order

Once you have added the products to your cart and logged into your OA6 business account, placing your order takes just a few key steps:

1. Summary and Codes: Check the contents of your shopping cart and apply any B2B promotional codes you may have.
2. Addresses: Confirm the delivery address and check that the billing address matches your company’s legal information (name, SIRET number, intra-community VAT number).
3. Shipping: Select the delivery method that suits you best.
4. Payment: Select one of the payment methods listed below to complete your transaction.

II. Accepted Payment Methods

To give you the flexibility you need for your business, we accept several secure payment methods:

1. Credit card payment (Fastest option)

We accept Visa and MasterCard 

Security Guaranteed: All transactions are carried out via our secure banking partner, Payplug, which uses the 3D Secure system to protect your data against fraud.

Immediate Processing: Payment is validated instantly, allowing our logistics department to prepare and ship your order without delay.

2. Payment by bank transfer

This option is ideal for large orders or if your company policy requires it.

• Delivery time: Your order will only be confirmed and processed once the funds have been received in our bank account. This usually takes between 24 and 72 business hours, depending on the bank.
• Procedure:
  • Select “Payment by Bank Transfer” when placing your order.
  • Make the transfer to the OA6 bank account details provided on the order confirmation page (and in the confirmation email).
  • Mandatory Reference: Please be sure to include your Order Number #CDXXXXX in the transfer description to ensure prompt processing.

3. 3. Payment via PayPal

Payment via PayPal: You can pay quickly using your PayPal business account.

• Advantage: Easy payment without entering your bank details on our site. PayPal also offers purchase protection.

Immediate Processing: Payment is validated instantly, allowing our logistics department to prepare and ship your order without delay.

4. Term Payment (Reserved for Eligible Accounts) check with Renaud if possible to set up on the site

In order to facilitate long-term business relationships, OA6 offers deferred payment solutions for its regular business customers or after a credit check.

• Conditions: This payment method (30 days) is reserved for companies with an account that has been opened and approved by our accounting department.
• Request: If this payment method is not automatically offered to you, please contact our sales department at contact@oa6.fr or at +3 (0) 7 44 97 94 00  to submit a request to open a term customer account.

III. Billing and Order Confirmation

B2B Billing

• Invoice excluding tax: In accordance with professional legislation, all our invoices are issued excluding tax and clearly indicate the applicable VAT amount.
• Access: Your invoice will be available for download in your Professional Customer Area as soon as payment has been validated. A copy will also be sent to you by email.

Order Tracking

After payment confirmation, you will receive a summary email with your order number and a tracking link, allowing you to track the progress of preparation and delivery in real time.
